Release, Waiver, and Indemnity Agreement

• Please read this Release, Waiver, and Indemnity Agreement carefully, as well as our Registration Policy and our Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy, before registering for Events listed on the Ecstatic Platform.

Acknowledgement

By registering for an Event on the Ecstatic Platform, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and agree to the terms set out in our Registration Policy, and furthermore that you have read, understand and agree to this Release, Waiver, and Indemnity Agreement as it pertains to Your attendance at and/or participation in Events listed on the Ecstatic Platform.

Specifically, for any Event listed on the the Ecstatic Platform that You attend and/or participate in, You agree that:

Release of Liability

In consideration of Your attendance at and/or participation in the Event, You release and forever discharge Ecstatic, its owners and partners, the Event's organizers and/or facilitators and their assistants, as well as the venue where the Event takes place (if applicable), including the venue's staff and owner/s, from any and all liability, responsibility, and obligation to You arising out of Your attendance at and/or participation in the Event.

Rules, Boundaries & Confidentiality

You will follow our Community Guidelines and, furthermore, You will honor the rules and guidelines of the Event’s organizers and/or facilitators as well as the rules and guidelines of the venue(s) where the Event takes place (if applicable). You will respect the personal boundaries and confidentiality of all those attending the Event, whether Event organizers and/or facilitators, staff, assistants or participants.

Your Payment(s)

You will not be entitled to a refund of your payment(s) for the Event, nor shall You be entitled to a credit or any other form of compensation for Your expenses related to the Event, should You decide to not complete the Event for any reason.

Waiver

Your agree that Your attendance at and/or participation in the Event is at Your own risk. You warrant that You are physically, mentally, and emotionally able to participate fully in the Event, and You will not consume alcohol, recreational, or illegal drugs during the Event. You will monitor Your participation in the Event and not exceed You own limits. You assume all risk for any consequences that may occur due to any pre-existing physical or psychological conditions that You may have. You acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to pathogens including Coronavirus exists in any public place, and You voluntarily assume all risks related to any such exposure. You agree not to hold Ecstatic, its owners and partners, the Event's organizers and/or facilitators and their assistants, as well as the venue where the Event takes place (if applicable), including the venue's staff and owner/s, liable for any illness, injury, or death that directly or indirectly arises from Your participation in the Event.

Indemnification

You will not make a claim against, file a lawsuit against, attach the property of, or prosecute Ecstatic, its owners and partners, the Event's organizers and/or facilitators and their assistants, as well as the venue where the Event takes place (if applicable), including the venue's staff and owner/s, for any illness, injury, death, or damage resulting from Your participation in the Event.
