Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

To cancel your registration for an event, or to cancel an order for pre-recorded online digital content, or to process a return and/or request a refund for purchased physical goods or digital content supplied on a tangible medium, please submit a Support Ticket. If applicable, a refund or credit voucher will be issued to do as per the terms below.
In-Person Events
You may request a full refund for in-person event cancellations if:
- you cancel your registration more than 30 days before the event’s start date, or;
- you cancel your registration within 24 hours after payment, or;
- the event is canceled for any reason.
You may request a full credit voucher (for the full amount you paid) if you cancel your registration 15-30 days before the event’s start date.
You may request a partial credit voucher (for 50% of the amount you paid) if you cancel your registration 24 hours to 14 days before the event’s start date. If you cancel your registration less than 24 hours before the event starts, no credit will be offered.
Online Events
You may request a full refund for online event cancellations if:
- you cancel your registration more than 7 days before the event’s start date, or;
- you cancel your registration within 24 hours after payment or;
- the event is canceled for any reason.
You may request a full credit voucher (for the full amount you paid) if you cancel your registration 24 hours to 7 days before the event’s start date. If you cancel your registration less than 24 hours before the event starts, no credit will be offered.
Physical Goods
You may request a full refund for physical Goods that are returned within 30 days of purchase, that are in the same condition as You received them, and that include all of the products instructions, documents and wrappings.
Digital Content (pre-recorded)
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase for downloadable or pre-recorded online digital content if the playback of digital content has not yet begun.
Digital Content (supplied on a tangible medium)
You may request a full refund for digital content supplied on a tangible medium (such as CD, DVD, flash drive, etc.) that is returned within 30 days of purchase, but only if its packaging has been un-opened.
