This Social Member Policy explains how to become a Social Member, what You can expect from Us and what We expect from You when connecting as a Social Member with other Ecstatic members.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Social Member Policy:

• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" or simply "Ecstatic" in this Agreement) refers to Conscious Apps Inc. • 1321 Upland Drive #6648, Houston, TX 77043-4718, USA.
• Event refers to an online or in-person event listed on the Ecstatic Platform for which you can register using our Service.
• Service refers to the Application or the Website or both, which may also be termed "Ecstatic Platform" or "Platform".
• Social Member refers to an individual who subscribes to use our Social Tools as part of our Service. In addition to attending Events listed on the Ecstatic Platform, a Social Member can also use our Social Tools to attend special invite-only Events, curated Events, and take advantage of dating opportunities made possible through our Service.
• Social Tools refers to the systems offered by Ecstatic to help Social Members connect with fellow Event attendees through special invite-only Events, curated Events, and dating opportunities made possible through our Service.
• Website refers to Ecstatic's website or downloadable app, accessible from https://ecstatic.com
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or a company, or any legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These are the terms governing the use of our Social Tools which serve as part of our Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These terms set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of our Social Tools.

Your access to and use of our Social Tools is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with this Social Member Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service as well as our Social Tools system.

By accessing or using our Service including our Social Tools system, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Social Member Policy. If You disagree with any part of these terms, then You will no longer be subscribed as a Social Member and you may not use our Social Tools system.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to be subscribed as a Social Member or use our Social Tools system.

Your access to and use of our Social Tools is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Service including our Social Tools system and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using our entire Service as well as our Social Tools system.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

Although We strive to provide you with the highest quality Service, our Social Tools system is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to our Social Tools system, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that our Social Tools system will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the Company's providers makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of our Social Tools system, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that our Social Tools system will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through our Social Tools system; or (iv) that our Social Tools system, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to You. But in such a case the exclusions and limitations set forth in this section shall be applied to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.

Subscribing to Social Membership

Once You have become a member of Ecstatic, You will be waitlisted to subscribe to other membership types  listed here. Once You have been taken off our waitlist, We will contact You to inform You that you may subscribe as a Social Member.

Using our Social Tools

By choosing to subscribe to our Social Membership on the Ecstatic Platform, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and agree to the terms set out in this Social Member Policy.

Your Information

If You choose to subscribe as a Social Member and use our Social Tools as part of our Service: (i) You will be required to supply certain information about You including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your likeness in image form, and optionally Your personal description and/or biography, and; (ii) Your information (specifically Your first name, Your likeness in image form and/or video form, and optionally Your personal description and/or Your biography) will be viewable by other Social Members through our Social Tools as part of our Service.

You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to provide to Us the information that You give Us; and that (ii) the information You supply to Us is true, correct and complete.

Social Member Expectations

1. Attend regular and invite-only events

As a Social Member, You may register for and attend regular Events listed on the Ecstatic Platform as well as special invite-only Events whether hosted by other Social Members or curated by Ecstatic.

2. Indicate your interest in reconnecting with event attendees

You may use our Social Tools as offered to You while at all times adhering to our Community Guidelines and this Social Member Policy. Following Your attendance at Events as a Social Member, You will be offered Social Tools to: (i) inform our Platform which Event attendees You are interested to reconnect with, and; (ii) help you reconnect with the Event attendees who interest You to cultivate with them rewarding and lasting relationships.

NOTE: Our Social Tools connect You with fellow Social Members only once our Platform has determined that there is a mutual interest.

3. Interact with Ecstatic members in a consensual and clear manner

We expect You to keep consent in mind at all times in your interactions with Ecstatic members, whether Regular Members, Social Members, or otherwise. We expect You to ensure that Your interactions with Ecstatic members are consensual by requesting a verbal "yes" when inviting another to any act/activity, and by giving a verbal "yes" to indicate your consent to engage in any act/activity with another. We expect You to take responsibility for giving and receiving consent, vocalizing clear boundaries about how you are prepared and willing to participate in any act/activity, and disengaging from any act/activity and/or person(s) involved if/when you deem that act/activity is no longer consensual. If such is the case, We encourage you to clearly verbalize to the other(s) involved that you are no longer interested in participating in the act/activity. Remember, You are always free to change your mind and decide to no longer participate in an act/activity — even if you may have previously given consent to said act/activity.

4. Respect the privacy of others

Always be conscientious and thoughtful about the privacy of Ecstatic's members. Whether or not you care much about your own personal privacy, We expect You to be cognizant that others may require a high level of personal privacy. For this reason, We expect You to maintain the highest level of discretion when it comes to the identity and privacy of Ecstatic members by not disclosing their names and other personal/identifiable information.
