Payout Policy for Promoters

Event Payout Procedure
You will receive a Promoter Payout 7 days after the completion of the event(s) that you have promoted using our Promoter System.
This payout will be equal to the total of the Promoter Discounts promised to you by our Promoter System (and reflected in emails sent to you after each successful registration that resulted from your event promotion using our Promoter System), minus any refunds that Ecstatic may have issued to event attendees (as per our Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy).
